Woman last seen outside Gervais found

The Marion County Sheriff's Office confirmed the safe recovery of Debra Kenfield, a 68-year-old woman who had been reported missing. Kenfield was last seen on Friday around 1:15 p. m. on St. Louis Road outside Gervais, Ore.

She was described as having a thin build, standing about 5 feet 7 inches tall, and wearing gray shorts, blue crocs, and a red sweatshirt. Authorities located her just before 6:30 p. m. and transported her to a hospital for evaluation. The prompt response from the sheriff's office and community support played a crucial role in her safe return.

Missing persons cases underscore the significance of public awareness and assistance. Residents are encouraged to report any sightings or concerns to local law enforcement to enhance community safety.
