Filtration Neighbor Update - Aug. 1, 2025

Portland, ORLocal News

The Bull Run Treatment Project's construction activities will disrupt traffic starting the week of August 4, 2025. Flagged two-way traffic will be in effect on Altman Road and the Altman Road/Lusted Road intersection as crews work on new water lines for the Pleasant Home Water District. Dodge Park Boulevard will also see marked traffic disruptions as workers clear and prepare for pipeline installation on the south side of the road. Furthermore, Lusted Road near the county line will have 24/7 flagged traffic from Monday through Friday. Motorists should remain cautious due to an uneven road surface on Cottrell Road, which has prompted the installation of alert signs.

Multnomah County is coordinating to repave this area soon, enhancing safety for drivers. The ongoing construction aims to upgrade local water infrastructure, which is vital for community health and safety. Residents are encouraged to plan their routes accordingly during this construction period.
