Friends of IFCC’s Artist Grant & Residency Program is open for submissions until September 12, 2025, providing crucial support for artists in various disciplines. The City of Portland allocated $100,000 for fiscal year 2025-26, mirroring the funding from the previous year, which enabled Friends of IFCC to award grants to 23 artists. Friends of IFCC operates as one of three contractors in the Office of Arts & Culture’s Small Grants Program, which also includes MusicOregon and the Regional Arts & Culture Council.
