Portland, ORLocal News

In-person services at the Development Services Center will be available on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with daily virtual appointments offered. The Development Hub PDX, the city's online permit portal, will undergo maintenance on June 30 from 4:30 to 7 p. m. , rendering it unavailable. This update is aimed at implementing new fee structures that will take effect the following day.

The IVR system, which assists with automated responses, will also experience downtime during this period. Customers must submit permit applications under existing fees before the cutoff of 11:59 p. m. on June 30. This temporary disruption may impact individuals and businesses relying on timely permit processing for upcoming projects.

The fee changes are part of ongoing efforts to streamline the permitting process. Stakeholders are advised to plan accordingly to avoid delays.
