Development Hub PDX will temporarily suspend its online permit services from 4:30 to 7 p. m. on June 30 for system updates related to upcoming fee changes. The Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system will also be offline during this period. Customers can submit permit applications under existing fees until 11:59 p.

m. on June 30, just before the new fees take effect on July 1. The Development Services Center continues to offer in-person services on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with virtual appointments available daily. This maintenance aims to enhance the permitting process and ensure smooth transitions in fee structures. Residents are advised to plan their submissions accordingly to avoid delays.

The recent adjustments reflect the city's commitment to improving service efficiency in land use and zoning matters. Local stakeholders should stay informed on these changes to effectively navigate the permitting landscape.
