Development Hub PDX will undergo scheduled maintenance on June 30, causing downtime from 4:30 to 7 p. m. Customers must submit their permit applications by 11:59 p. m. on June 30 to utilize existing fee structures.

The IVR system will also be unavailable during this maintenance period. These updates are necessary to implement new fee structures that will take effect on July 1. In-person services at the Development Services Center will be offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with virtual appointments available daily. The changes are significant for local developers relying on timely permit processing. The city aims to streamline the permitting process through these updates.
