The application has been deemed technically complete as of May 27, 2025, and is under review for multiple permits, including a Type II Stormwater Drainage Permit. The project site spans 4. 74 acres within a Commercial Mixed Use zoning designation. Current environmental evaluations include various studies such as a Traffic Impact Analysis and a Wetland Assessment.
