Port Orchard City Hall PSE New Service

Port Orchard, WALocal News

Port Orchard City Hall will be closed on April 11, 2025, as part of ongoing renovation efforts that include crucial electrical improvements by Puget Sound Energy. The work necessitates a complete power shutdown, prompting a temporary relocation of employees to alternative City buildings or allowing them to work remotely. Despite the closure, the Community Development Department at 720 Prospect Street will remain open, providing essential services such as utility payments and Active Club key distribution. Residents have multiple options to pay their utility bills, including onsite payments, drop boxes, online transactions, and mail-in submissions. Notably, online payments do not incur any additional fees, making them a viable option for many.

Emergency services continue to be accessible by calling 911, ensuring that public safety is not compromised during this renovation period. The City is committed to minimizing disruptions and maintaining service quality. This renovation underscores the City’s dedication to enhancing infrastructure for the benefit of the community.
