M. E. ) Initiative, which aims to build and preserve 30,000 housing units across the city. The budget also includes funding for body-worn cameras and improvements to pedestrian and cyclist safety under the Vision Zero program. This funding aims to operationalize wellness facilities, enhancing access to medical care and workforce development for residents. The budget reflects a commitment to creating equitable opportunities for all Philadelphia residents.
