Macfarlen Mseteka, a Nelson Mandela Washington Fellow, visited the Delaware Valley Intelligence Center (DVIC) and the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia’s Center for Autism Research to enhance law enforcement practices. The DVIC tour illustrated how integrated systems and collaborative intelligence streamline investigations and support police departments nationwide. Mseteka emphasized the critical role of technology in modern policing, especially as cybercrime rises. He stated that transparency and efficiency are vital for building public trust.
