Authorities arrested Enrique Vega and Cassandra West, both homeless, in connection with the homicide of Stanley Robinson, 65, found dead on June 13 in Morristown. Prosecutor Robert J. Carroll confirmed that Robinson died from blunt force trauma to the head, and the suspects allegedly did not seek medical assistance after witnessing the attack. Following the incident, Vega stole $2,500 from a motel where they were staying, with West acting as a lookout. They subsequently discovered another deceased individual, R.

E. , and West is accused of tampering with evidence at that scene. Vega faces multiple charges, including conspiracy to commit burglary, while West faces charges related to tampering and trespassing. Both suspects remain in custody, with detention hearings pending. The investigation into Robinson's death continues, highlighting the collaboration among local law enforcement agencies.
