Authorities arrested Matthew Mannarano, 34, for allegedly distributing child sex abuse material through Kik, a chat application. He faces serious charges, including one count of distribution, a second-degree crime, and one count of possession, a third-degree crime. The investigation began after a CyberTip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children highlighted media files depicting child exploitation.
