Chief Richard Pantina led a Promotion Ceremony on May 9, recognizing the contributions of six Parsippany Police Officers. Lt. Thomas Lesiak and Lt. Earl Kinsey were promoted to Lieutenant, each bringing over 20 years of experience in various roles. Sgt.

Ryan Taylor, Sgt. Gregory Bloete, Sgt. James Seeger, and Sgt. John Keiling advanced to Sergeant, enhancing the department's leadership. Lt.

Lesiak, a 23-year veteran, has a Bachelor of Science Management Degree from Rutgers University, while Lt. Kinsey has served 21 years and worked in multiple branches. Sgt. Taylor, with over nine years of experience, is pursuing a bachelor's in Criminology. Sgt.

Bloete, a Marine Corps veteran, has been a School Resource Officer for four years. The ceremony reflects the department's commitment to recognizing excellence and fostering professional growth among its officers.
