The Morris County Board of County Commissioners committed $200,000 over two years to support these celebrations, showcasing the county's historical assets. Deputy Commissioner Director Stephen Shaw stated the website is designed to engage both history enthusiasts and community members.

The platform will provide information on upcoming events, volunteer opportunities, and ways to donate. Morris County hosted numerous key figures and preserved historic sites, making it a focal point for Revolutionary War events.
