On April 25, Parsippany–Troy Hills Little League West opened its 73rd season with a vibrant ceremony that attracted over 600 attendees. The event featured a parade of players introduced by Player Agent Sandra Neglia, accompanied by cheers from the Little Vikings Cheerleaders. Mayor James Barberio threw the ceremonial first pitch, recalling his own joyful experiences in youth baseball and urging players to embrace teamwork and fun. Frank Neglia, the Little League President, thanked volunteers and community members, emphasizing the league's commitment to unity and personal growth. The presence of the Parsippany Hills High School baseball team highlighted the mentorship and community engagement essential to the league's mission.
