The Morris County Board of County Commissioners awarded Frank Cahill a framed Resolution of Honor on November 17 for his decades of community service and election as governor of the New Jersey District of Kiwanis International. Commissioner Director Tayfun Selen praised Cahill for his commitment to children and families, stating that his leadership reflects the best of public service. A Parsippany resident since 1991, Cahill has established four new Kiwanis clubs and recruited nearly 130 new members, the most in the state. His focus this year is on tackling youth homelessness throughout New Jersey, an issue he emphasizes as critical. Cahill also publishes Parsippany Focus and serves on the Parsippany Area Chamber of Commerce.

His volunteer efforts include providing meals to those in need and fostering dogs through local rescue organizations. The Board unanimously adopted the resolution, acknowledging his extensive contributions to Parsippany and Morris County. Kiwanis International, with clubs completing over 1 million service projects annually, aims to improve children's lives and foster leadership among youth.
