Structure Fire Displaces Two Residents at Vail Gardens

On November 20, at 8:58 p. m. , Parsippany-Troy Hills Fire District 6 was dispatched to a fire at 100 Vail Road, Vail Gardens. Chief 6 confirmed a working fire in a second-floor apartment, prompting a rapid response from District 6, Lake Hiawatha, and Parsippany Fire District 4. Firefighters managed to control the blaze within ten minutes of arriving on the scene.

Thankfully, no injuries occurred; however, two residents were permanently displaced due to fire damage. The Boonton Fire Department provided mutual aid as the Rapid Intervention Crew, ensuring firefighter safety.
