Operation Christmas Child will collect shoebox gifts for children during National Collection Week from November 17 to 24, with nearly 5,000 drop-off locations nationwide. Local drop-off sites include New Apostolic Church in Parsippany and The Crossing Church in Livingston, NJ, with specific hours for convenient drop-off. Participants can donate $10 per shoebox online to receive tracking information about their gift's destination. The initiative, active since 1993, has delivered over 232 million shoeboxes to children in more than 170 countries and territories. This year, Operation Christmas Child aims to reach 12 million children impacted by war, poverty, and disaster by 2025.

Volunteers and families are encouraged to participate in packing shoeboxes, promoting community engagement and support for underprivileged children. The project partners with local churches worldwide to deliver these gifts, which serve as tangible expressions of love. The online tool allows participants to find drop-off locations by city, state, or ZIP code, making it easier to contribute to this charitable effort.
