Troy Bailey of Parsippany, New Jersey, begins his college journey at the College of the Holy Cross as part of its distinguished Class of 2029. This year, the college received a record 10,000 applications, resulting in a selective acceptance rate of 19%. Incoming students represent a diverse mix from 39 U. S. states and 15 countries, enhancing the campus's multicultural environment.

Students settled into residence halls on August 20, where they were welcomed by enthusiastic upperclassmen and faculty. During the Mass of the Holy Spirit, President Vincent D. Rougeau urged students to embrace the growth opportunities ahead. Bailey, a 6'1" defensive back, is recognized for his athleticism and potential as a versatile defender. His high school performance at Delbarton indicates he possesses strong coverage skills and football intelligence.

Coaches view him as a developing asset for the Crusaders in the Patriot League, making him a player to watch in the coming seasons.
