Recent leasing activity, with five new leases totaling over 22,000 square feet, highlights continued interest in high-quality office spaces in New Jersey. Agadia Systems, currently located in Parsippany, specializes in technology solutions for the managed care and health plan industry, indicating its growth trajectory. The move demonstrates the company's commitment to expanding its operational footprint and enhancing services. Cushman & Wakefield previously handled the sale of the property in 2019, showcasing its long-term involvement with the asset.
