Parsippany Fire District 5 will host its Annual Fire Prevention Open House on October 18 from 10 a. m. to 2 p. m. at Station 2, located at 200 South Beverwyck Road.

This event invites families to enjoy activities such as a bounce house, fire simulator, and the opportunity to meet local firefighters. Engine 56, the district's new fire engine, will make its first community appearance during the event. Educators will provide fire safety information, emphasizing the importance of safety awareness in the community. Parking will be available at 232 South Beverwyck Road for convenience. This year’s Open House aims to attract residents of all ages and strengthen community ties.
