Phenix Salon Suites opened its doors at the Troy-Hills Shopping Center in Parsippany on September 20, featuring 38 private suites designed for independent salon professionals. The ribbon-cutting ceremony was attended by Mayor James Barberio and other local officials, who praised the innovative business model. “This is a beautiful space you’ve created,” Barberio stated, expressing optimism for the venture's success in the community. The new salon suites provide a secure environment for stylists to operate their businesses while benefiting from a high-visibility location. Phenix Salon Suites, founded in 2007, has redefined the salon industry with its suite rental concept, growing to 416 locations since 2012.

The company has received recognition on Entrepreneur’s Franchise Top 500 list for 12 consecutive years. Local officials, including Economic Development Committee Chairman Frank Cahill, emphasized the importance of supporting small businesses for community growth. A larger grand opening event is planned for later this year to further introduce the business to the community.
