School of Rock will celebrate its grand opening in Parsippany on September 7, with festivities from noon to 4 p. m. The event promises live performances from students and local musicians, as well as family-friendly activities like face painting and a tie-dye booth. Mayor James Barberio and other local leaders will participate in a ribbon-cutting ceremony to mark the occasion. Owner Robert Corbi, a lifelong music enthusiast, emphasizes the importance of music in building community.

“Watching our students grow as musicians and people is what makes our school so special,” he said. Programs at the new school will cater to all skill levels, from young children to adults, fostering creativity and confidence.
