Encore Energy Group has completed six new public-access EV charging stations at 35 Waterview Boulevard in Parsippany, enhancing local infrastructure. Funded through NJDEP grants and JCP&L utility rebates, the project covered over 60% of its costs, demonstrating a successful model for affordable energy solutions. Bill Dato, CEO of Encore, highlighted their comprehensive management approach, which maximizes savings for clients while simplifying the process. Michael Basic, President of YMP Real Estate Management, commended Encore for its efficiency in handling design, permitting, and paperwork. The location, adjacent to the Waterview Marketplace and just off I-287, offers a convenient charging solution for commuters and visitors alike.
