Founded by Lori LoManto, a licensed professional counselor with over 25 years of experience, the center offers both in-person and virtual counseling options. “Our mission is to provide compassionate, professional mental health services,” LoManto stated, emphasizing the center’s community focus. Local officials, including Councilman Justin Musella, commended the center for enhancing residents' well-being and prioritizing mental health. The center employs bilingual therapists and accepts a wide range of insurance providers, including Medicare and Medicaid, ensuring accessibility for all residents.

In addition to the ribbon-cutting, LoManto announced the release of her memoir, "Finding the Eyes to See," which details her journey through trauma and recovery. The book has received acclaim for its inspiring message, with Dr. David Migliore calling it a “must-read. ” The center's opening not only signifies economic growth but also reflects a growing recognition of the importance of mental health in the community.
