The company, which has locations in Lake Hiawatha, Verona, and Nutley, received a warning letter and had 20 days to settle the debts before being listed. The WALL program, established in September 2023, aims to address worker misclassification and exploitation, reflecting bipartisan legislative efforts.

Since its inception, NJDOL has successfully recovered over $692,000 from businesses warned about or listed on The WALL. The date of the final judgment was December 9, 2020, and the listing was posted on August 5, 2025. The initiative is significant for local workers seeking fair compensation and benefits.
