Day Pitney LLP has officially relocated its Parsippany headquarters from 1 Jefferson Road to 8 Sylvan Way, occupying a modern 56,000-square-foot space. This move is part of a nationwide strategy to enhance the firm's 13-office network and improve client services. Managing Partner Paul Marino emphasized the advantages of the new location, including advanced technology and a more efficient layout. The facility is undergoing a multimillion-dollar improvement plan that will revamp its lobby, training rooms, and fitness center. Originally home to The Medicines Company, the building is now being converted into a multi-tenant corporate campus.

It offers convenient access to major highways and local amenities, enhancing its attractiveness for businesses. Frank Cahill, Chairman of the Parsippany-Troy Hills Economic Development Committee, remarked on the township's appeal for corporate headquarters. Day Pitney, established in 1902, serves a diverse clientele, including corporations and high-net-worth individuals.
