District 15Fifteen Nears 50 Retail Leasing as Smyth Residential Gains Momentum

Parsippany, NJLocal News

District 15Fifteen in Parsippany is on track to achieve nearly 50% retail leasing after the successful launch of Smyth, its first luxury residential building with 262 apartments. Over 26,530 square feet of new retail space has been leased, reflecting a strong demand for the development. Upon completion in early spring 2026, District 15Fifteen will include 58,600 square feet of retail and restaurant space, 498 luxury apartment rentals, and a Residence Inn by Marriott. Marc Hays from Stanbery Development Group highlights the project's goal to create a dynamic hub by integrating luxury living with a vibrant retail environment. Scott Starkman of Pierson Commercial attributes the brisk leasing activity to the prime location and visibility of the development, which serves a population of over 220,000 during the day.

Retail units are still available, ranging from 1,200 to 6,000 square feet. The overall redevelopment is transforming a former corporate campus into a pedestrian-friendly town square, enhancing community engagement. As leasing continues, District 15Fifteen is set to become a premier lifestyle destination in Parsippany.
