Construction on Crossings at 10 has started at the Weichert corporate campus in Morris Plains, with the first phase slated for completion in mid-2026. This phase will feature approximately 42,000 square feet of retail space and 80,000 square feet of Class A office space. Managed by RIPCO Real Estate, retail leasing aims to foster a walkable, town-square-style environment. Future phases will increase the site's offerings to over 100,000 square feet of retail and amenity space, with self-storage planned for phase two. The office area will include about 42,000 square feet dedicated to Weichert, featuring modern design elements such as loft-style windows and open layouts.

The site benefits from a strategic location with high traffic counts and proximity to downtown areas. Developers foresee a tenant mix that encompasses retail, dining, wellness, and childcare services. This project is designed to serve a significant local population, with 4. 6 million square feet of office space and thousands of residential units nearby.
