The Mount Tabor Historical Society plans its Museum Open House for Children’s Day Weekend 2025, inviting locals and visitors to engage with their heritage. Scheduled for August 2 and 3, the event will occur at the Richardson History House, with hours set for Saturday from 3:00 p. m. to 5:00 p. m.

and Sunday from 12:00 p. m. to 2:00 p. m. Attendees can experience a Children’s Day History Display highlighting the area's cherished traditions.

In addition, guests can purchase commemorative items such as lanterns, t-shirts, and flags, serving as mementos of the weekend. This open house fosters community connections and celebrates the historical richness of Mount Tabor. Locals have an opportunity to learn and appreciate their town's history through this engaging event.
