U. S. AutoForce will soon occupy a 122,664-square-foot warehouse at Two Hilton Court in Parsippany, converting a long-vacant office building into a modern logistics center. This project is part of the Apex Logistics development, which received approval from the Parsippany-Troy Hills Zoning Board. U.

S. AutoForce, a division of U. S. Venture, Inc. , specializes in distributing tires and automotive parts nationwide, supporting independent dealers and repair shops.

The development secured a $22 million construction loan in February to facilitate the project, with completion expected by late 2025. This transformation removes the property from consideration for multi-family housing, contributing to local economic revitalization. U. S. AutoForce operates dozens of distribution centers, providing value-added services such as digital order platforms and supply chain support.

The project promises to enhance local employment opportunities and stimulate economic growth. Importantly, no vehicle maintenance or repairs will occur on-site, ensuring a focus on logistics operations.
