Charges Filed in Connection with Childs Death at Residence in Florham Park

Jeanine Glass, 43, faces charges of first-degree murder and second-degree endangering the welfare of a child following her daughter’s tragic death on July 6 in Florham Park. Police discovered Glass unresponsive on the first floor of her home, while her three-year-old daughter was found face down in a bathtub upstairs. Despite immediate resuscitation efforts, the child was pronounced dead at a local hospital. A postmortem examination is pending, and the investigation involved the Florham Park Police Department, Morris County Sheriff’s Office, and Prosecutor’s Office. Glass was taken into custody after her hospital discharge and remains at the Morris County Correctional Facility.
