Wieland Metal Services Renews Lease at 150 Lackawanna Avenue

Parsippany, NJLocal News

Wieland Metal Services renewed its lease for over 85,000 square feet at 150 Lackawanna Avenue, ensuring continued operations in the Northeast. The facility, which spans 85,100 square feet, is essential for Wieland, providing a comprehensive selection of metal products. CBRE brokers Thomas Mallaney and Denise Kokulak facilitated the long-term lease renewal, while Scott Perkins of NAI James E. Hanson represented the landlord, FAO Realty LLC. The building's strategic location within a 30-minute drive of Newark Liberty International Airport and Port Newark-Elizabeth enhances its logistical advantages.

Mallaney stated that after evaluating multiple options, Wieland opted to stay and upgrade the existing space to better meet its needs. This renewal aligns with Wieland's commitment to long-term growth and operational efficiency. The decision reflects a broader trend of companies investing in existing facilities rather than relocating. Such strategic moves are crucial for maintaining competitive advantages in the metal distribution industry.
