Fatto a Mano Alimentari will debut at Prescott Market in West Oakland later this year, bringing authentic Tuscan cuisine from chef Elena Fabbri. Fabbri, who operates La Gastronomia di Porchetta in Fairfax, aims to expand her culinary offerings beyond Marin County. The market will also feature Filipino dishes from Janice Dulce of FOB Kitchen, enhancing the local food scene. Fabbri's menu will feature porchetta sandwiches, fresh pasta, and seasonal dishes, with prices set between $17 and $19. She emphasizes the use of locally sourced ingredients while maintaining traditional Italian standards for specific components.

The Prescott Market, which opened in April, includes six other food businesses, highlighting its role as a culinary hub. Fabbri also plans to offer private pasta-making classes, promoting engagement with authentic Tuscan food. The opening of these new establishments underscores Oakland's vibrant and diverse culinary landscape.
