Woman found shot to death in Richfield apartment

Kayli Grace Arseth, a 22-year-old resident of Richfield, was discovered dead from a gunshot wound during a police welfare check on Tuesday morning. Police found signs of a struggle inside her apartment, located in the 7700 block of Penn Avenue S.
