The latest victim, 32-year-old Cartez Montel Clinton, succumbed to multiple gunshot wounds, and the suspect remains at large. O’Hara indicated that the incident stemmed from a confrontation between two men, reinforcing that it was not a random act. The city has reported 44 homicides in 2025, compared to 54 at the same time last year.
