Man exits vehicle at south Minneapolis intersection and fatally shoots man remaining inside, police say
A fatal shooting occurred early Friday morning in Minneapolis, claiming the life of a man in his 30s. The shooting happened around 2:30 a. m. near the intersection of W. Franklin Avenue and Lyndale Avenue S.
According to police, the victim was speaking with a male inside a vehicle when the suspect exited and fired shots at him. Emergency medical responders rushed the victim to HCMC, where he was pronounced dead. No arrests have been made, and the victim's identity has not been disclosed.
