Officials release sketch in effort to identify male found dead near Target Field

The Hennepin County Medical Examiner’s Office released a sketch of a Black male, aged 15 to 30, found dead near Target Field on June 13. Responders declared him dead at HCMC roughly 45 minutes after his discovery around 9:45 p. m. The man, about 6 feet tall and weighing 319 pounds, wore a black Puma hoodie, an Athletic Works T-shirt, dark teal-green sweatpants, and size 12 Nike shoes. Police spokesman Trevor Folke stated that the Minneapolis Police Department is not conducting an active investigation at this time.

The Medical Examiner’s Office has not revealed details regarding the cause of death. They are actively seeking public assistance for identification, urging anyone with leads to call 612-215-6300. This case highlights ongoing concerns about unidentified individuals and the importance of community involvement in such investigations. Authorities aim to solve this case to provide closure to the victim's family.
