Welcome New Police Officer Hunter Kleiner

Officer Hunter Kleiner has officially joined the ranks of the Mill Creek Police Department, having been sworn in during a City Council meeting on April 25, 2023. His journey began in September 2022 when he was hired and subsequently attended the Basic Law Enforcement Academy at the Washington State Criminal Justice Training Center. With his training complete, Officer Kleiner is now set to embark on a 14-week field training program, where he will work alongside experienced training officers to refine his law enforcement skills. This appointment is particularly meaningful as it follows a family tradition; Officer Kleiner's father has dedicated 24 years to serving as a police officer for the Port of Seattle Police Department.
