Mill Creek Police Department Welcomes Two New Police Officers
The Mill Creek Police Department proudly welcomes two new lateral officers, Theodore Ojeda and Brittney Roy, effective January 18, 2022. These officers collectively bring over a decade of law enforcement experience, enhancing the department's commitment to community safety. Officer Ojeda, a former deputy sheriff from Tulalip, WA, has a diverse background that includes eight years of service in the United States Marine Corps. His passion for community engagement is matched by Officer Roy, who joined the MCPD from the Seattle Police Department after beginning her career with the New York City Police Department. Roy moved to Washington in 2018, driven by her love for outdoor activities and police work.
Both officers are enthusiastic about building relationships within Mill Creek, reflecting the department's dedication to community-oriented policing. Acting Chief of Police Stan White highlighted the importance of their commitment to community values.
