The City of Mill Creek has appointed Jody Hawkins as the new Communications and Marketing Coordinator, a decision announced by City Manager Michael Ciaravino. Hawkins, who has lived in Everett for many years, holds a bachelor's degree in Integrated Strategic Communications from Washington State University. Her professional background includes five years at Boeing Future of Flight, where she held various roles including Public Relations & Social Media Associate Director. In addition to her experience in aviation, Hawkins has a decade of experience in marketing and customer service with Chicago Title and Pacific Northwest Title. In her new position, she will focus on enhancing community outreach and developing effective communication strategies with stakeholders.

Ciaravino highlighted her impressive credentials and fresh energy as assets that will drive the city's marketing mission forward. Hawkins shared her enthusiasm for working directly with the public and emphasized the importance of community connections in a post-quarantine world. She looks forward to joining a dedicated team committed to serving the City of Mill Creek.
