Groundbreaking On New Administration Building

The City of Miami and Adler Development marked the groundbreaking of a new administration building at 1802 NW 37th Ave, aligning with Mayor Francis X. Suarez's State of the City Address. This state-of-the-art facility, set to be completed in 2027, is a key component of the Miami Freedom Park project, which spans 130 acres and will feature a new soccer stadium for Inter Miami CF. Designed by the renowned architectural firm Arquitectonica, the building will consist of eight stories dedicated to government offices and include an attached parking garage for 889 vehicles, emphasizing accessibility and efficiency. Mayor Suarez noted that this project represents a vision for a more innovative and resilient Miami, while City Manager Art Noriega V articulated the commitment to serving the community's evolving needs.

The groundbreaking ceremony on January 15 will further celebrate this significant milestone. The facility integrates public service with vibrant lifestyle amenities, fostering community engagement in a dynamic environment. This public-private partnership showcases the collaborative efforts to enhance Miami's infrastructure and civic services.
