Frost holds a Master’s in Public Administration from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor's in Political Science from Florida A&M University.

She is also a certified member of the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP). Her strategic leadership and commitment to legislative advocacy are expected to contribute significantly to Miami's ongoing development and regulatory compliance efforts.
