With over 18 years of extensive experience in zoning and urban planning, Ms. Frost has demonstrated her capabilities in her previous role as Assistant Director of Zoning. Her experience spans multiple municipalities, including notable cities such as Apopka, Parkland, Atlanta, and Riverdale. Frost holds a Master’s in Public Administration from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor's in Political Science from Florida A&M University.

She is also a certified member of the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP). Her strategic leadership and commitment to legislative advocacy are expected to contribute significantly to Miami's ongoing development and regulatory compliance efforts.
