The first event will last 30 minutes and is open to participants of all abilities. Organizers emphasize that attendance is not mandatory every week, allowing flexibility for participants.

Interested individuals can register online for the Edmonds/Lynnwood group, with location details provided after registration. Project shirts are available for purchase at run4lives. org/outfit. This initiative aims to raise awareness and mobilize community support for hostages, reflecting the urgency of the situation. The series will continue until the hostages are returned home, showcasing the community’s resilience and solidarity.
