He collided with a Dodge Charger driven by a 24-year-old woman from Lake Stevens, resulting in injuries to both parties.

Emergency responders transported both drivers to Everett’s Providence Medical Center for treatment. The collision blocked SR 524 entirely, underscoring the urgent need for awareness regarding impaired driving.
