Snohomish County Elections reminds voters to return their November general election ballots
Snohomish County Elections urges voters to utilize official ballot drop boxes to ensure their ballots are submitted by 8 p. m. on Election Day, November 4. Auditor Garth Fell highlighted that these drop boxes are regularly monitored and provide a secure means for voters to return their ballots. Due to recent operational changes in the USPS, voters opting to mail their ballots should be mindful of potential delays and ensure their ballots are postmarked by Election Day.
To facilitate timely processing, voters can request a hand-stamped postmark at their local post office. In-person voter registration and services will be offered on November 1 from 10 a. m. to 4 p. m.
and on November 3 from 8:30 a. m. to 6 p. m. Voters with disabilities will have access to specialized voting equipment at all in-person locations.
Preliminary election results will be available shortly after polls close, with updates provided in the following days as more ballots are counted. This election cycle emphasizes the importance of timely ballot submission in light of recent postal service changes.
