Lynnwood Arts Commission seeks artists for 2026 gallery exhibitions

Lynnwood, WALocal News

The City of Lynnwood Arts Commission is calling for visual artists from Washington to apply for its 2026 exhibition season at Lynnwood City Hall and the Recreation Center. Applications must be submitted by October 26, with selected artists announced in December. The Lynnwood City Hall Art Gallery welcomes submissions of up to 10 images from artists of all ages, while the Recreation Center Art Gallery focuses on youth artists, allowing them to submit eight images along with a photo of themselves. Exhibits typically last six weeks to two months, featuring one or two artists at a time. Both galleries offer opportunities to showcase work in public spaces, visited by thousands annually.

The juried exhibitions are conducted by the Lynnwood Arts Commission, which ensures artists retain full ownership of their work without sales commissions. Interested artists can email applications to fwong@lynnwoodwa. gov or mail them to the provided address. For more details and downloadable application forms, visit www. LynnwoodArts.
