Edmonds-Woodway achieved a double victory over Meadowdale, winning both volleyball and girls soccer matches by scores of 3-1. Edmonds-Woodway's next volleyball match is against Lynnwood, and their girls soccer team will play Shorewood on October 6. Meadowdale aims to bounce back with matches against Jackson in soccer and Mountlake Terrace in volleyball on the same day.

In cross country, Glacier Peak dominated the boys' team scores with 26 points, while Meadowdale secured third place with 47 points. Thomas Morrison led the boys' individual finishers with a time of 17:21. The competitive landscape remains intense as teams prepare for upcoming matches.
