The Lynnwood Police Department and Family Peace Association will hold a Halloween costume giveaway on September 27 from 10 a. m. to noon. The event will take place at the Family Peace Association's facility in Lynnwood, where over 200 costumes will be available for children from infants to 14 years old. Costumes will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis, with a limit of one costume per child.

Each child must be present to receive a costume, reinforcing community engagement and support.
