Edmonds Unitarian Universalist Congregation appoints new minister

Rev. Natalie Malter has been appointed as the new minister of the Edmonds Unitarian Universalist Congregation (EUUC). She moved to Seattle from Cambridge, Massachusetts, where she completed her Master of Divinity and is finalizing her doctorate in religion at Harvard. Malter's dissertation examines religious feminist movements in the United States during the 1970s. In her prior role, she served as a chaplain at Wellesley College's office of religious and spiritual life.

She highlighted the congregation's mission to combat loneliness, a growing concern in the nation. Weekly gatherings focus on spiritual exploration and community support. EUUC is situated at 8109 224th St. S. W.
